System that allow the opening and checking of doors, control of lights and taking of temperature, with possibility of action concerning refrigeration-heating equipments.
The workstations make use of remote control system. The state of these workstations can be monitored by means of a receiving station in order to check their correct operation and transact the search and collection of previously recorded files for their subsequent display, storage or manipulation.
S&C Sistemas Automáticos has developed equipments that they are able to control a
sensors net instalated in your building. In this way, you can know in every moment the
temperature in each office or floor.
This information can be stored to be consulted and compared.

The proyect consist on the automatic total control of the building ilumination and heating installation setting up more then 150 temperature detectors and more than 50 contact exits that controlate the temperature inside the building in order to an advance control program. The control is separate in rooms, divided the seven floors of the building in 40 rooms.
The building also has more than 50 presence sensors to activate the system out of working time and independent in each room.
The control program allows the conection with the offices local equipments to check the heating equipment and change their programation
The instalation has been not too much aggressively with the building consisting on a net designed by S&C Sistemas Automáticos in a way that with 2 wires of only one bus and in a degree way can control more than 250 elements.

When the equipment developed by S&C Sistemas Automáticos detect established temperatures can react activating refrigeration-heating equipments or operating alarm system, in case the level goes up the limits.

In S&C Sistemas Automáticos we have developed a sensor net that with only one bus of two wires can be interrogated to obtain any information about your building. This net it´s composed by devices that identified by an individual direction obey the instructions from the Central Control.

By this devices we can switch on and off the lights of your building, even iluminate corridors of access to different zones.

opening and closing of doors with the remote control or in a local way.

Our system allows opening
the access to corridors blockading the rest of the building, opening only the doors needed
to take the destiny.
