Design, development and instalation of inteligent buildings

        The proyect consist on the automatic total control of the building ilumination and heating installation setting up more then 150 temperature detectors and more than 50 contact exits that controlate the temperature inside the building in order to an advance control program. The control is separate in rooms, divided the seven floors of the building in 40 rooms.

        The building also has more than 50 presence sensors to activate the system out of working time and independent in each room.

        The control program allows the conection with the offices local equipments to check the heating equipment and change their programation

        The instalation has been not too much aggressively with the building consisting on a net designed by S&C Sistemas Automáticos in a way that with 2 wires of only one bus and in a degree way can control more than 250 elements.

Development and instalation of the passive security equipment of more than 800 bank offices.

        The digital videorecording equipment are totaly shaped and can store the information automatically without no assistance.
        The securty center of the bank can contact with the equipments to their shape and recovery of the stored images.

Development and instalation of the active security equipment in all of one international bank offices.

        The security controled by Pc equipment developed by S&C control security locks, automatic doorkeepers and videosecurity cameras of the office.
        In this case, when someone hasten the doorkeeper, the remote system contacts with the Security Center. The workers of the Security Center chack the cameras and hasten with the security locks of the office.

Forming our systems with another alarms centers.

    S&C Sistemas Automáticos I+D department has studied and created different interfaces to make compatible our recording images systems with some differents alarm centers, that reading the sensor net installating in the security systems of the offices allow us to recognize which camera we have to activate in each moment.
    This idea reduce the impact in the installation of our systems.

    S&C Sistemas Automáticos Value Systems department is charged to the sale and support of machines like: coin dispenser, counters and classifiting, as soon as out software development department has created specific applications to adapt that machines to the customer´s requirements.
